Precautions
1. It is recommended that users with weak chin joints or headache-prone users shorten the wearing time by half;
2. Normally wear 1~2 times a day, 10~20 minutes each time;
3. Due to individual differences, the wearing time can be appropriately reduced according to the actual situation;
4. Don't wear it for a long time to avoid discomfort;
5. If skin rashes and other allergies are caused during use, please use a cotton cloth;
6. It is not recommended to use in a deep sleep state.
